What you're already running, so our call time goes to strategy instead of inventory.
Ten minutes, give or take
No wrong answers here. "None" and "I don't know" are useful answers too, they tell me exactly where I can help.
Use the same address I've been emailing you at, so your answers land in the right file.I need a working email address to match your answers to your file.
HubSpot, Dubsado, HoneyBook, a spreadsheet, my head
Circle, Skool, Facebook group, Discord, none
Later, Buffer, Planoly, I post manually
Calendly, Acuity, back-and-forth texts
AI and automation
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, none
Be honest about it. Captions once in a while, or every day for everything, and whether you're on a paid plan or the free one.
Zapier, Make, anything that runs by itself
Behind the scenes
Google Workspace, Dropbox, Notion, iCloud
Asana, Trello, Notion, paper planner
Canva on the free plan or pro, a designer who holds the files, nothing official yet
Google Analytics on the site, a Meta Pixel, either or neither. Not sure is a fine answer
Password manager, notes app, texting passwords
Setting the business up
These have lead time on them, which is why I'm asking before we meet rather than after.
List every name you're considering, in the order you like them. If one is already decided, just put that.
Secretary of state search, domain, social handles, or none of the above
Usually where you live and work
Do you want to be your own agent using your address, or use a service? "You pick" is fine.
Separate account already, mixed with personal, QuickBooks, a shoebox of receipts
Professional photos, phone shots, written testimonials, quotes in texts you could screenshot. This decides how fast the website can move.
Partner, VA, bookkeeper, the friend who built your site. Names and what they handle.
Your audience and your face
Demand takes the longest to build, so this section sets the pace for everything after week two.
One per line. Note any account someone else has the password to.
1 means you'd rather do anything else. 5 means hand you the phone and go. There's a plan either way.
Past clients, other businesses, coaches, community leaders. Names are more useful than categories.
Be realistic rather than ambitious. An honest 2 posts beats an aspirational 7.
Your numbers
These become your "before" picture, so when things grow we can prove how far you've come. Rough numbers are fine.
e.g. Instagram 840, TikTok 1.2k, Facebook 300. Open each app and check, takes a minute
Your email tool shows this on its main dashboard. Zero is a fine answer
Squarespace, Wix, and Shopify all have a free built-in Analytics tab in your site dashboard. "I can't find it" is a useful answer too
Roughly how many orders or clients so far, and from where (Stripe, Square, and PayPal each show totals on their dashboard)
For our call
Join from a laptop, desktop, or tablet, and keep your phone next to you logged into your social accounts and email tool. If we need a number live, you can pull it up without leaving the call.
Got it.
Your answers are in, and I'll have read them before we meet. That means our call starts on strategy instead of an inventory of your tools.
If you remembered something after you hit send, just reply to my last email and tell me. Nothing here is locked.
